What we do for you

We provide services including PCB assembly, cable harnessing, rework, final assembly, and functional testing according to your specifications. We also advise on manufacturability and optimizations to prevent issues during production.

Small and medium-sized series

Our approach is ideal for prototypes, pilot series, and small to medium-sized production runs where flexibility is essential. Thanks to short lines of communication, design changes can be implemented quickly and lead times remain manageable.

Quality at every step

We work according to established quality procedures in an ESD-safe environment and inspect every assembly before delivery. If required, we perform functional tests and record the results for full traceability.

Production & Assembly

Production & assembly

Technicom Group supports companies with the production and assembly of electronics. From soldering a small batch of printed circuit boards to the complete assembly of modules and enclosures: we take over work that you cannot or do not want to perform efficiently yourself. You retain control over your product, we ensure careful execution.

What we do for you

Our services include, among others:

  • assembly of printed circuit boards with through-hole and SMD components;
  • manual soldering, rework and board-level repair;
  • cable and wiring harness fabrication;
  • installation of electronics in enclosures, panels and cabinets;
  • final assembly, functional testing and visual inspection;
  • packaging and preparation for shipping.

We work based on your drawings, bills of materials and test instructions. If documentation is missing or a design is not yet fully developed, we will advise on manufacturability and point out issues that could lead to problems in production.

Small and medium-sized batches

Our strength lies in prototypes, initial production runs and small to medium-sized production quantities. Flexibility and short communication lines are particularly important in this phase. We quickly incorporate design changes, and you do not need to order large quantities to get a reasonable price. For recurring products, we agree on planning and inventory, so you can rely on delivery at fixed times.

Quality at every step

We work in an ESD-safe environment and use standard work instructions for soldering, assembly and inspection. Every assembly is checked before it leaves our premises. Where you wish, we perform functional tests according to your test procedure and record the results. For optical inspection, we use the equipment and expertise of Inscope Optical Instruments, and for measurements, those of MuRaad.

One partner for parts and assembly

Because component procurement is handled within Technicom Group, we can provide the complete supply of materials for your assembly. You provide the bill of materials, we purchase the parts, inspect them and process them. This saves you the coordination with multiple suppliers and reduces the chance of delays due to missing parts. Prefer to supply the parts yourself? That is also possible.

Why outsource?

Many companies find that in-house assembly takes up a lot of time and space, while the core of their work lies elsewhere. By outsourcing the work to us, you free up capacity for development, sales and service. You benefit from experienced employees and the right equipment, without having to invest in workstations and tools yourself.
